{"id":622,"date":"2018-05-25T18:05:42","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T16:05:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diaco.gob.gt\/2018\/05\/25\/comitiva-interinstitucional-atiende-denuncia-ciudadana\/"},"modified":"2018-05-25T18:05:42","modified_gmt":"2018-05-25T16:05:42","slug":"comitiva-interinstitucional-atiende-denuncia-ciudadana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diaco.gob.gt\/comitiva-interinstitucional-atiende-denuncia-ciudadana\/","title":{"rendered":"COMITIVA INTERINSTITUCIONAL ATIENDE DENUNCIA CIUDADANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"Articulo\">\n<h1 align=\"center\" style=\"margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3.05pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:center;background:white;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">COMITIVA INTERINSTITUCIONAL ATIENDE DENUNCIA CIUDADANA<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><em><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Guatemala 25 de mayo de 2018<\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Luego de una denuncia ciudadana por posible violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos y derecho a la educaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de un centro de educaci\u00f3n privada en el municipio de Villa Nueva del departamento de Guatemala, una comitiva conformada por delegados del MINEDUC, DIACO, PDH y un delegado del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, realizaron una visita al centro educativo para establecer las condiciones de los estudiantes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Privilegiando el di\u00e1logo como mecanismo para la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y dar cumplimiento al respeto de los derechos humanos y a la ley de protecci\u00f3n al consumidor y usuario, se realiz\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n armoniosa entre la comitiva y las autoridades del centro educativo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.05pt; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">En dicho encuentro, se exigi\u00f3 el respeto a los derechos de los ni\u00f1os y se exigi\u00f3 la garant\u00eda porque no exista ning\u00fan tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n voluntaria e involuntariamente, solicitudes que fueron atendidas de inmediato por las autoridades del centro educativo, mismas que reconocieron haber cometido errores de procedimiento. Asimismo, expresaron que en el establecimiento educativo ning\u00fan estudiante ha sido vedado de su derecho a ex\u00e1menes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.05pt; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">De momento la comitiva analiza el tipo de sanciones que impondr\u00e1n de acuerdo a la ley de Educaci\u00f3n y la Ley de protecci\u00f3n a los Derechos de los Consumidores y Usuarios, as\u00ed como a los Derechos Humanos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0cm; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family:century gothic,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Nuevamente el di\u00e1logo claro y oportuno ha permitido que en
