OBJETO.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;\">&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.5pt;\">Considerando que el art\u00edculo 119 literal i) de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica de Guatemala, establece la defensa de consumidores y usuarios en cuanto a la preservaci\u00f3n de la calidad de los productos de consumo interno y de exportaci\u00f3n para garantizar su salud, seguridad y leg\u00edtimos intereses econ\u00f3micos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.5pt;\">Que Guatemala adquiri\u00f3 el compromiso de aplicar y cumplir las directrices para la protecci\u00f3n del consumidor aprobadas por la Asamblea General de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas, mediante Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00famero 39\/248 del nueve de abril de mil novecientos ochenta y cinco, en las que se define el que hacer de los gobiernos para la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos e intereses leg\u00edtimos de los consumidores, con nuestra ley de Consumidor y Usuario que tiene como objetivo&nbsp; promover los derechos del consumidor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.5pt;\">Y en cumplimiento a nuestra <strong>Pol\u00edtica de Calidad:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p continua y fomentando relaciones equitativas entre consumidores y proveedores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\">Este concurso pretende obtener el dise\u00f1o de un personaje que debe representar el que hacer de la Direcci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n de Asistencia al Consumidor
