{"id":940,"date":"2020-05-19T03:10:55","date_gmt":"2020-05-19T01:10:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diaco.gob.gt\/2020\/05\/19\/como-autorizar-el-libro-de-quejas\/"},"modified":"2020-05-19T03:10:55","modified_gmt":"2020-05-19T01:10:55","slug":"como-autorizar-el-libro-de-quejas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diaco.gob.gt\/como-autorizar-el-libro-de-quejas\/","title":{"rendered":"COMO AUTORIZAR EL LIBRO DE QUEJAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 align=\"center\" class=\"drop_h1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un libro de quejas?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A efecto de garantizar el derecho de reclamo de los consumidores y usuarios, todo proveedor deber\u00e1 poner a disposici\u00f3n de los mismos en un lugar visible, un libro de quejas o cualquier medio autorizado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n y Asistencia al Consumidor, el cual deber\u00e1 ser de acceso irrestricto al p\u00fablico, el que debe contener como m\u00ednimo los espacios en los que se indique el nombre del consumidor o usuario afectado, el tipo de reclamo y la fecha en que quedo solucionado el mismo. Cuando el proveedor tenga agencias o sucursales deber\u00e1 contar con un libro de quejas en cada una de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 align=\"center\" class=\"drop_h1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<b><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">PROCEDIMIENTO PARA AUTORIZAR EL LIBRO DE QUEJAS<\/span><\/b><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Adquiere el libro de quejas, en caso de ser f\u00edsico;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Presenta solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n o reposici\u00f3n del libro de quejas y el libro de quejas;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"3\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Asigna el c\u00f3digo para efectuar el pago del arancel correspondiente;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"4\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Realiza el pago por medio de banca en l\u00ednea o en agencia bancaria autorizada; y, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"5\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Se autoriza el libro de quejas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">En el caso de ser reposici\u00f3n del libro de quejas, debe presentar el libro autorizado previamente o en caso de robo o perdida de este, presentar copia simple de la denuncia correspondiente.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"drop_h1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Requisitos para la autorizaci\u00f3n del Libro de Quejas<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Para garantizar el derecho de reclamo de los consumidores y usuarios, como lo establece el Art\u00edculo 17 de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor y Usuario, la Direcci\u00f3n previa solicitud del proveedor que proporcione esta, autorizar\u00e1 los libros de quejas que requiera. Para el efecto, los proveedores deber\u00e1n cumplir con los requisitos siguientes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha;\">\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Presentar la solicitud inserta en el libro de quejas o la publicada en la p\u00e1gina web;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Recibo de pago de arancel;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"3\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Copia simple del Documento Personal de Identificaci\u00f3n (DPI) del Propietario o Representante Legal o pasaporte seg\u00fan sea el caso; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"4\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Copia simple de la constancia de inscripci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de datos del registro tributario unificado de la Superintendencia de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, \u00fanicamente para Peque\u00f1o Contribuyente; y <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\" value=\"5\"><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Copia simple de la Patente de Comercio de Empresa y de Sociedad.<span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:open sans,sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 align=\"center\" class=\"drop_h1\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: center;\"><strong>Arancel para la autorizaci\u00f3n del Libro de Quejas<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul id=\"bul-973d6201-b545-bb7b-477e-6fc505b55c68\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">Autorizaci\u00f3n y registro del Libro de Quejas Q50.00.
